Programme 02 — Communication
Business Communication &Influence
Clarity is a business asset. This work covers how people write, speak, listen and push back — so that meaning survives the distance between the sender and the person who has to act on it.
Meaning that survives the distance
What it covers
- 01Structuring a message so it lands
- 02Business writing and email discipline
- 03Listening as an active skill
- 04Assertiveness without aggression
- 05Difficult and high-stakes conversations
- 06Negotiation fundamentals
How it runs
- 01
Diagnose
Before anything is designed, the actual behavioural gap gets identified — with the sponsor, and where useful with the participants. The stated problem and the real one are frequently different.
- 02
Design
The programme is rebuilt around your context: the industry, the seniority, the specific conversations these people have to hold. Content is chosen last, once the practice is decided.
- 03
Facilitate
The room does the work. Structured activity, role-play, group discovery and live feedback — so participants reach the insight themselves rather than receiving it on a slide.
- 04
Embed
Everyone leaves having already applied something, with a small number of specific commitments rather than a large number of good intentions.
Depth, duration and cohort size are set during the diagnosis. The modules above are a starting structure, not a fixed syllabus — most engagements drop some and go deeper on others once the actual gap is clear.

The work starts witha conversation.
Tell me what is actually happening with your team — the meeting that goes badly, the manager who is struggling, the cohort that needs to be ready by March. A short call is usually enough to know whether this is a fit.
