01The gap

Everyone has alreadybeen to the workshop.

Most organisations are not short of content. Their managers have sat through communication modules, leadership decks and feedback frameworks. They can name the models.

And then Monday arrives. The difficult conversation still gets postponed. The capable engineer still goes quiet in the review. The new manager still solves instead of delegating.

Ground rules, written by the room rather than issued to it.

Knowing is not the constraint. Practising under real pressure, in front of people whose opinion matters, is the constraint.

What changes

Small differences in behaviour, disproportionate differences in outcome.

  • Explaining the point three timesSaying it once, structured
  • Avoiding the difficult conversationHaving it early and well
  • Reacting to pressureChoosing the response
  • Promoted and solving everything aloneDelegating with accountability
  • Competent, but overlooked in the roomRead as credible in four minutes
  • Compliance treated as paperworkConduct people actually understand

02The shift

A facilitated room doeswhat a deck cannot.

Practice over presentation
People rehearse the actual conversation — the escalation, the pushback, the review — while there is still room to get it wrong.
Discovery over instruction
Groups arrive at the insight themselves through structured activity. What you conclude yourself is far harder to unlearn on Monday.
Context over content
Every programme is rebuilt around the industry, the level and the specific behaviour the business needs to move.

03Areas of impact

Seven bodies of work.
One question behind each: what has to change on Monday?

Every one of these is rebuilt around the cohort in front of it. The modules are a starting structure, not a syllabus.

See how each programme is built

A room of forty people, and the only thing thatmatters is what twoof them say to each other.

Behavioural programmes for organisations across manufacturing, IT, pharma, financial services and education.

04The method

Facili-training

A certified facilitation practice, not a lecture circuit. Four movements sit behind every engagement — from a two-hour awareness session to a one or two full day workshop or a long term intervention.

  1. 01

    Diagnose

Before anything is designed, the actual behavioural gap gets identified — with the sponsor, and where useful with the participants. The stated problem and the real one are frequently different.

  2. 02

    Design

The programme is rebuilt around your context: the industry, the seniority, the specific conversations these people have to hold. Content is chosen last, once the practice is decided.

  3. 03

    Facilitate

The room does the work. Structured activity, role-play, group discovery and live feedback — so participants reach the insight themselves rather than receiving it on a slide.

  4. 04

    Embed

Everyone leaves having already applied something, with a small number of specific commitments rather than a large number of good intentions.

05The practitioner

She ran budgets beforeshe ran a room.

Sumita spent eight years inside organisations — relationship management at HDFC Bank, then budgeting, corporate strategy and PMO at Star Union Dai-ichi Life Insurance. She has sat in the review where the numbers were defended and the meeting where nobody said the actual thing.

That is the difference in the room. The behavioural work is grounded in what organisations are actually trying to do, not in the abstract. She is a certified facili-training practitioner, an internationally certified soft skills trainer and an ISO certified POSH enabler, and has been facilitating full time since 2019.

07In their words

What some topleaders say about her.

Portrait of Hardik Shah

She understood the requirements well and kept the session interactive. She was able to connect with our employees very easily.

Hardik ShahCo-Founder & CHO, CannyBrains

My employees had fun, the session was interactive and I can also see a few things applying by them.

Prashant ShahChairman & Managing Director, AgroPac

What stood out to me most was her confidence in her work, her positive approach, and the way she connects with people.

The invitation

The work starts witha conversation.

Tell me what is actually happening with your team — the meeting that goes badly, the manager who is struggling, the cohort that needs to be ready by March. A short call is usually enough to know whether this is a fit.
